I’m Rhys Smart – I host a successful podcast called Mentally Obsessed, I interview and talk to guests who are apart of the media industry, most of them are successful voice actors, actors from various video games such as Resident Evil, Halo, Valorant, World of Warcraft and more. I approached a charity that focuses on Mental Health, after pitching my story, I had the opportunity to write for Mental Health foundation regarding my Mental Health disorder “Emotional Dysregulation“.
