I am a mid-career multimedia journalist based in India, with work experience of seven years, across print, broadcast, and digital media platforms. As a dedicated professional in the field of gender and intersectional feminism, I am committed to raising awareness and creating a safer and inclusive world! As a feminist and a bilingual journalist, I have covered issues like gender-based violence sexual-reproductive health and rights, and human rights from ground zero. I have had the privilege to conduct workshops for different organisations on topics like gender, gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health rights, comprehensive sexuality education and navigating digital spaces as a young woman. I have been awarded the UN Laadli Media Awards thrice and Breakthrough Reframe Media Awards for my gender-sensitive reporting. I am also a fellow of Rise Up, Breakthrough and The Craig Newmark School of Journalism. I am always willing to connect with fellow advocates, thought leaders, and change-makers who share my passion for creating a more inclusive world.
