Ross Catrow is the founder and publisher of RVANews. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2002 he co-founded PharrOut, a web-development firm currently serving clients on the local and national level. Catrow launched RVANews in 2007, working closely with local community journalists to create an multi-neighborhood news network.
