In a nutshell, I shine light on multicultural voices and underrepresented angles in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces. That's my beat. Looking for stories, creators, artists, and businesses who aren't being heard or seen drives me to give them a chance to speak. As a woman of color, I want to help others like me live their lives not only in color, but to be able to bask in it. Writing for major fashion & lifestyle outlets has given me this chance. At the age of 20, I published Mirror Mania, a Hunger Games / Handmaiden's Tale novel based off of body image and the absurdity of beauty standards.
