For for than 40 years CBS News and Stations National Investigative Correspondent Stephen Stock has covered everything from hurricanes to space shuttles, Ford truck fires to fracking, day cares to aviation, inmate tax scams to California’s water crisis. Stephen specializes in covering public safety and security and transportation issues. Prior to joining CBS News, Stephen helped found NBC Bay Area’s 15-member Investigative Unit. Stock also helped build investigative teams at CBS4 in Miami and WESH-TV Orlando. Among the awards he’s won are the Peabody, the duPont, National SPJ, 3 Murrow & 6 Associated Press awards, plus 18 regional Emmys and a national Emmy nomination.
