They say to choose something to do that truly inspires you and you'll never work a day in your life. I only agree with that saying 50% because journalism both inspires and pushes me to work hard everyday. I didn't start off knowing I was going to write and tell stories for a living but through a path called life, I found a passion that allowed me to try something new every day and look good doing it. Whether that be thinking of a new way for a creative live shot or asking a question differently to get the best sound bite--I am constantly improving my skills. Currently, I am a Southern gal out in the MidWest aspiring for greater things!
