Biography

I am an inveterate traveller and quite often my curiosity has got the better of me. I love the environment, and launching environmental projects such as the North Highland Way in Scotland. I have a BSc in IT and Spanish, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Economics. I am also an ex member of the forces. Due to these qualifications and background I have worked most of my life with men. In Scotland I was known for getting things done, regardless of the bullying and threats, and again in Northern Ireland from a housing association and even from the NUJ in Belfast. Nevertheless, I have still made a living as a travel writer and written several books. When I took my ex partner to court, the Master was pleasant and helpful, once he had got over the surprise of having a non lawyer in his court and, at that time, a member of the NUJ.
