Biography

I've worked in publishing for more than 25 years as an editor, manager, writer, blogger -- or some combination thereof. I began in print and still remember the feel, weight and smell of good paper and the allure of perfect binding. In the early days of my career, I wrote a children's book called Rocks and Minerals for Reader's Digest's Pathfinders series. Later, I moved up the ladder, where I managed the production schedules for Scientific American Explorations and MIT's Technology Review. More recently, I migrated to the Web and currently work as a senior producer for the technology hub at Discovery News.
