Biography

Vicente Quintero is a Venezuelan author, social scientist and journalist. He holds a PPE-inspired Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies from the Universidad Metropolitana of Caracas (Political Science, Political Economy, History and Philosophy). He attended the Russian Language and Culture course of the Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University (University Preparatory Academy). He is now pursuing a postgraduate degree in Government and Public Policy at the Central University of Venezuela. As a Venezuelan plastic artist, his artworks have been shown at the Alejandro Otero National Museum of Caracas.
